Sarah Thomsen was the customer service corresponder that dealt with my queries regarding my upcoming tour and I can honestly say she was very professional, efficient and on hand with any of my questions. I felt that her professionalism and quick responses were just what I needed as I do get a little stressed when it comes to my holiday planning and with the knowledge she transferred to me from the CEO tour guide I will be going with made me feel at ease and I really appreciate that. Her mannerisms also within the emails were really nice as she was willing to help and when she could.
