I have never had a worst experience with a travel booking agent than with book mudi. I have been traveling overseas since 1971. They are totally unresponsive. I have a trip to Italy in September and am coming to Rome a day before the trip starts. I sent several emails to them asking the name of the hotel that the trip will start from at 10 am so that i can book a room at that hotel. Their response was that they do not book early arrivals and that i should contact booking.com for a reservation. How do i do that if i don't know what the hotel is. They are useless. My only option is to cancel my trip and airline tickets and give up thousands of dollars. What a disaster they are.
