We love Book Pal! It has helped us be able to afford more titles purchased for our students through a set amount of student fee money. Once the order gets in, the books arrive very quickly and at a bulk price! My only suggestion would be it would be nice if you could "pre-order" or have the books ready to go when you are paying with a purchase order. It can take a few weeks for our requisition to make to the company, so it would be nice if the books were ready to ship as soon as you received our order...but overall we love Book Pal and the customer service we have received!
