As long as the camp reflects the advertising, there is no sign of bullying, the staff are engaging and there is structure rather than kids been left to thier own devices there won't be a charge back.
Always use a credit card as the bank won't protect you in this case. When you use a credit card simply dispute the serivce delivery as a charge back and you get a full refund. The reviews are 50/50 so we can only see the proof in the pudding.
