All I needed from them was SEO for my children's book series website. They did some blogs they said were going to make my site more visible. Then they started trying to get me to pay them additional money for things I never asked them to do...and they did so after doing some of the additional things. I felt really victimized by their "project managers" and now am fighting them for control of my website back since they added themselves as "owners."
