The service was started on time and was efficient. The messaging system worked well; however, due to a defect in their system, I never got to speak with my booster. I was told at 7:55pm that my booster was at 460/480 points and then at 9:55pm I was told he was at 450/480 points. This is not possible and made me question the communication. In the end, I got what I paid for and I am satisfied with my payment and with the service. Communication via live chat was A+; however they did not seem equipped to answer questions regarding boosting, which they should not have had to if the system was working correctly. I was told to be patient and told that the progress the booster was making was sufficient when I questioned the incorrect information I was provided. I asked in the morning if my boost was done and I was told to login and check, as if they could not check for me, and it was not complete. I don’t know if I would buy again based on the miscommunications and lack of professionalism with how I was spoken to at times, BUT they were speedy, responded quickly, and did what I paid for. I wouldn’t ‘not recommend.’ Service: A+ Response time: A+ Quality of responses and knowledge of the service: Poor
