TheShyOne was awesome. He let me spectate, updated me on plans to play, asked before he bought or did anything with my account, played an extra game to get me to the ranked level I paid for (not sure if they have to but whatever he was good). I really suck at this game and was carried to silver on my main until it got banned. My friends wont play with me if I am not a certain rank and it would have taken me weeks (if not months) to get back into silver (while being carried). Now I can play with my friends. I will likely use the service again because it was so good and will stay with TheShyOne for sure.
