More than anything I really do not enjoy the passive-aggressive condescending manner of the service team. For that reason alone I will never buy from this company again. The design team is the same. The fact that I had to pay $187 to return an item AND they want a 15% restocking fee on top of that, simply put me over the edge. These people absolutely do not care about creating a friendly or caring customer experience. But wait there's more ... the print is terrible. I specifically asked and expressed my concerns about their choice of background and was told that of course they know what they are doing and it would be fine. It wasn't, and I was left with the choice between poorly printed banners or none at all.
