Ordered goods 28th November told delivery was by 7th December latest. One parcel arrived today 9th and as the cheapest items in it. No idea about the other parcel with the most expensive bits in. Customer care lines constantly engaged or you get booted off whilst waiting. Virtual chat has useless robot telling me there's a problem at a royal mail distribution centre somewhere. That's right blame them without bothering to look into it. Virtual chat also says to phone customer care line which of course is always engaged. Royal mail says they were advised a parcel was being sent to them on 1st December but have nothing since. Postman confirmed this means they don't have it otherwise it would update on system that they've got the parcel and a reference to current location. So where is it then? If I don't hear or have it by tomorrow i shall ask paypal to intervene and claim my money back. That is, after I've told absolutely everyone on social media pages including their own. I see many people in same boat. Disgrace. Shame on you Boots for offering the world with sales and offer a but not checking if have the capacity to fulfil it. If you paid by PayPal then go for a claim if you don't get your items. If you paid by card, then go for a chargeback as us your right. Then spend your refund somewhere that deserves your custom.
