What went wrong? Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Identified a cream I wanted, only available online. Ordered (and paid for) 03/12/2020 Received several eMails which contradicted each other eg: going to be delivered on 10th Dec’20. Same email, “Collected” Tracking the order, not possible. Boots only contact number “busy” call terminates automatically. Staff in local store say the parcel will be with Royal Mail. None of the Boots information provided has any meaning to Royal Mail. Hours of stress - not worth shopping with.
