I placed an order on Decemeber the 2nd but I have not received it. The website informed me not to contact them until Decemeber 14th due to a problem with Royal Mail. I did attempt to contact via email with no reply and no facility to track my parcel. I finally managed to speak to someone today ( after an hour) to be informed my parcel has been lost. All stock firms this item depletes today!!!! I will never order from here again!!!! I really wanted that item and could have bought it in the shop during the last two weeks but I reassured myself it was ok as I had ordered it online.. Boots took my money immediately after I placed the order on Decemeber the 2nd.
