Placed an online order on 6th December 2020. It had not arrived by 12th December so I checked the order information. Information on the website made it impossible to tell whether the order had been couriered or sent by Royal Mail. Cold not get through on the phone so raised an enquiry. Still no delivery and no response to the enquiry on 15th December. Message on account says call Customer services, but phone disconnect immediately. Raised another enquiry and sent mail to customer services. No reply to either enquiry or customer services email 5 hours later. This must be the most appalling service ever. I have only given 1 star because it is the lowest possible rating. It should be 0 stars to be accurate. It looks as though I may have to go through my bank to get my money back. Starting to look for alternative places to by the things I have been buying from Boots for many years.
