Looking for an efficient service with your goods arriving within a reasonable time and packed with care? THEN DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM BOOTS. Told the order had left the warehouse on the 30th Nov. Then told expected delivery on the 8th Dec. Finally arrived on the 15th Dec. That's ridiculous. And when it did arrive the packing (and I use the term losely) was a mess. I had ordered a New Born baby grow and some other bits and pieces. All just thrown in a large box together with a bit of screwed up paper thrown on top. The very least I would have expected is that the baby gro was popped into a little bag but I guess that was too much trouble. A child could have packed it better!! Luckily nothing leaked. It's blantly obvious from my experience and the other reviewers here that Boots just aren't interested in providing a decent or even a passable on-line service. Take my money, then make me wait and then finally just chuck my stuff at me and expect repeat business........I don't think so! I'm sticking to Amazon! BOOTS.......YOU'RE FIRED!
