Ordered something from boots on the 5th December and was told it’d be delivered on the 11th latest. It’s been 10 days and I’ve been trying to get into contact with them none stop and no response. Finally got through to someone on customer care after waiting 47 MINUTES (even though they said maximum wait times are 30 mins). After giving her my details, she tells me that Royal Mail hasn’t even received my order and that she can’t replace it because it’s out of stock lol. The thing that irritates me the most is the lack of communication, I’ve been sat here waiting for almost 2 weeks for a order that was never going to come and they didn’t bother giving an update? Yeah never again
