Purchase 5 bottles of expensive perfume and paid extra to get deliver and they posted 5 bottles of perfume in a plastic jiffy bag with no wrapping inside so 2 boxes damage one of them badly all the kept saying they don't send thing like that in jiffy bag but upload bag with delivery number order number on it now they said they did send it after saying she look into it and was sent in box also the refuse return unless I take it back to store I am disabled and not been out because of covid and nearest boots is out my area that why paid posting this happen 7 weeks ago they still have not pick up or exchanged it I contacted trading standard as 2 box are not fit for purpose ie a gift.so I would keep you money and shop else where as boots does not care about there customers just there money .asked to have someone phone me but they to busy will never again shop in boots and I will tell everybody how bad they are
