Bought day 2 lateral flow tests for return from trip. Arrived on time but were impossible to down load results on boots site for govt test and trace. Spent three days and an hour on the phone but despite more tests sent no improvement as mismatch of codes between instructions and site. Eventually talked to helpful person at govt test and trace told me to use nhs test and report the result.
Boots couldn’t care less and refused to refund my money.
Don’t use them!!! There are more reliable more caring companies out there.
