I ordered three items online, one of them being a Fenty contour brush. When my delivery came it was not the correct item.. there was also no return slip. I then called customer service explaining the situation & was told I need to return the item by post with the returns slip to which I told her there was not one. She then said to go to my local boots (which is half hour away) & explain what’s happened to try and get a refund. I would then have to order the item again as well as pay for delivery again. When I asked if the item I wanted could just be ordered now so I receive in time for my holiday I was told that the only way to get the item I paid for was to return the item I didn’t even want. Frustrating as it’s boots mistake that I’m now going to be out of pocket for in terms of delivery & petrol to return the item!! Most definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
