I had to call Head Office to sort out a missing gift card , it was not handed to me over the service counter after returning something . The female on that desk that day could not work out how to add my points I'd used to buy the product with. She made a huge commotion about giving me a gift card and lots of typing on the device behind the desk etc etc. It culminated with her not handing over the gift card after around an hour of trying to get this sorted. I walked away thinking she had given it to me with my advantage card but on looking a few days later discovered she had not given me the gift card.
Head office suggested going back to the store with their reference code again, I spoke with Mo acting manager , who was a complete gentleman about the whole issue. Took him ages to get through to the Head Office to check the reference code and reinstate me with the points . It took a while but all was corrected by Mo and the customer services at Head Office for Boots.com.
