All i can say with Boots are very lucky to have happy friendly colleague who makes all there customers feel appreated for ensuring great customer service by ensuring we have everything we needed. He promited your loyality card and told us what you gain from it. I shop in kingston boots many of times but have never recieved a service like this before. As someone who has works in retail for many of years i know sometimes it can be hard work but it very rare you see someone so friendly and happy in what they do. Tony should recieve praise in his work because of his great service i will be going boots more often because the serive is outstanding.
