Placed order with Boots on 18th December.
For three Christmas presents
Informed it would arrive in store on 21st. Did not arrive store stated that do not know when it will arrive.
Contacted Boots customer service who also state they do not know when it will arrive.
Have to wait until 27th December before they can send replacement order or issue a refund.What about people’s presents.
They are still advertising that if you order today you can receive order on 24th December.
