Terrible experience with order 703052377. I accidentally ordered a wrong item online . There was no option to cancel the order so when I went to the store I asked them if I can return it back, as when you go to returns in the app the first option says simply return it to the store. I even didn’t open the box. The store assistant said there was no problem and that she would send it back, I would get my refund on the same card in some time when the order goes back. Not worrying I left the store. The return guide didn’t tell me how to check if the store returns that or not. After 10 days I started to wonder why I didn’t get any refund . In the app it still was saying the order is collected. I tried reaching boots by email, phone, they sent me to the store to handle the situation on my own , but the store can’t explain where the parcel is. I can say that I was robbed of 15 pounds. I can prove it if there are cameras in the store , because they would clearly show it, but it will take a lot of my time and I am not sure I am ready to do that. Now when this happened to me I read the other reviews and see that it is a common situation for boots and I was lucky to lose only 15 pounds. But I will never ever buy anything from there again.
