NO GENUINE SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BOOTS FELPHAM BOGNOR REGIS
Took up Boots managed services of prescription earlier in 2016 which was a success initially but became a disaster.
I have asthma and is important for me to get inhalers on time 24th 25th of every month.
At Christmas I was left without for days and despite shop promise to not repeat this in January they were late again.
In January due to after affect of not having inhaler to control asthma I had to go to Hospital.
Hence when I realized detrimental situation I complained to Boots head office and area manager called promising this would never happen again.
But when I was relieved to get inhalers 27/2/17 (2 days late) I never complained or made a fuss.
However the Shop staff explained 27/2/17 they would NO LONGER MANAGE MY PRESCRIPTIONS because I had complained in January.
I was SHOCKED because boots promised to care but clearly do not.
My advice is if you have IMPORTANT MEDICATION DO NOT RELY on Boots because there NOT GENUINE in Customer care
