Every store I go into it is so difficult to find staff that can help.
Make up counters in some stores the wait is 45 mins plus due to stores running on what looks like no staff. Even in the big city centre stores it's almost impossible to find anyone to ask a question.
Pharmacist in harrogate store in north Yorkshire is terribly rude. Gentleman with reddish blonde hair and Scottish accent, heard him mumbling under his breath about another customer. Little bit condescending when speaking to myself. Overall very unhappy with his general service.
