Order NOT received and customer service RUDE Order has been marked as delivered when I wasnt home. Photo shows the couriers shoe, no parcel and not at my door either. I have not received my order from Boots. I have called customer services and they say they are investigating with royal mail. But are unwilling to reship or refund me during this time. This is unacceptable, my contract was between myself and boots and I know my rights. Customer service are awful, they will not let you speak to a manager, they speak to you like you're something off the bottom of their shoe. They dont care at all and won't sort out the issues. When you dont accept that you have to wait 21 days, they just hang up on you. I do not have to wait 21 days for royalmail to get back to boots. Im absolutely appalled by this company. I certainly will not be ordering online from them again. I will be contacting trading standards and the legal ombudsman and if I do not hear back from Boots within the next few days, I will also instruct my payment provider to do a chargeback
