I have complained to Boots customer services regarding faulty Tee Pee interdental brushes, they aim to respond within 2 days however I waited around a week. The reply asked me to send back the faulty brushes which of course I will do. they then stated however "we will only be able to refund the cost of the brushes" I do not care about a refund I care that these brushes are weak snapped off between my teeth causing bleeding. I just do not want them to hurt anyone else ! A friend who also had reason to complain to Boots last year warned me that they treat customers with distain and make you feel as if you are after something. As an experienced H&S professional I am after nothing but ensuring that a faulty product is looked at ! Furious does not even come into it.
