I recently went into boots in Chelmer village in chelmsford. I needed to change my foundation as my was too dark. I was introduced to Anne-Marie who did the no 7 skin match. She was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Anne-Marie realised that the colour matched was too light and chose the next colour up.....which is absolutely perfect.
