I couldnt get the No.7 products i wanted at the Braehead store so the assistant - CLARE- phoned my local at the Glasgow Fort and requested a staff member to put the items to one side for me so i could collect on way home. They were the perfect shades but customers had used the testers and they could not sell them to me. The items were for me to wear to my son's wedding the next day. CLARE was so helpful i asked if i could compliment her to her Manager and she asked him to have a word. The Manager is called 'Alex' and he was also charming. They both wished me a happy wedding day and i was absolutely delited .
