Paid nearly £70 for a bottle of perfume as gift for my daughter. Free gift should have been available but was not. Staff at store said they routinely did no receive promotional offers. I contacted customer service who said that they had run out and offer was subject to availability contradicting the store staff. I responded saying that they had never received any. They then confirmed that was correct and that they wished to reach "optimum" customers. Why lie in the first place. They said if I had ordered online, I would have received a gift. I responded that if they were available, then why not let me have one please. No response to this. Poor customer service, reflected in other comments on site.
