Boots sent out the wrong product x 2 - the order arrived in a damaged box, agreed by the delivery driver.
Boots 'Customer Care' - now there's a misnomer - don't want to know - even telling me at one point it was my mistake, I had ordered the wrong product - I hadn't - they keep telling me to take the items back to the shop !!
Boots have made the mistake - why on earth should the customer have to make all the effort to put it right ?!
Boots - you really need to have a more professional attitude.
