I went into Boots, Hounslow, on Boxing Day, and was served by a very friendly, helpful lady called Sherald. She listened to my query and insisted on talking to the manager to ask if I could have a discount as there had been some confusion on the product I was buying. I said not to worry, as there were people behind me in the queue, but she wouldn't hear of it The manager was in total agreement, and I felt the team of staff couldn't be faulted for their customer care and service.
