I ordered something online to be delivered in store, as I have done many times before, but paid with points. I didn't get the email advising the items had been delivered. The points had still been deducted. In store, the staff were very helpful and gave me a number to call at Boots.com. That very day, the items were reordered and in my store by the next morning. Mistakes happen, but the Boots team dealt with it very well.
