I go every two months to pick up my prescription, and there is a problem every time. There is usually a problem with the person in front of me as well.
The person asks you how they can help, you ask for your prescription. They go to the back, then shout through, whats the address? The look around and get confused, then shout something at you from the back, your say pardon, they ask for your name, again, you shout through, they ask for your address again.
