I received an email to say get 200 points simply for downloading the Boots App for the first time, I downloaded it but did not receive the points.
Despite numerous emails querying this and sending a copy of the email and terms and conditions, I was told that there was nothing they could do and to make a purchase and the points might be added on. Absolutely Rubbish Service!
