Awful Service! Placed an order online so I could collect it airside at Manchester Airport, for some reason Boots.com decided to decline the order, no explanation, nothing. They sent me an email saying that I hadn't been charged for the order, but is the money in my account, oh no!!! I now have to wait 3-5 working days for them to get their act together. Their Customer Services Department is worse than useless.
PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THEIR ONLINE SERVICE, JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE WELL KNOWN, DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE GOOD....
