Visited Horwich store at Middlebrook. I went to get advice on make up as I have redness to the skin on my face, the assistant. Said oh you need a good primer and foundation!!! There was not attempt to show me a good primer or foundation, I then said "I had read about using a yellow base" to which she said yes get a yellow based concealer. I left the shop with no suitable make up, upset and frustrated at the lack of assistance I received to help me with my situation.
