I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my refrigerator repair. I initially booked a service appointment on Saturday, but when I called to confirm on Monday, I was told no technicians were available until Tuesday. When the technician finally arrived on Tuesday afternoon, he merely instructed me to turn off the fridge for six hours to drain water and assured me it would be functional after 24 hours. However, the refrigerator continued to malfunction the next day. When I contacted the service center again, they said they could not send anyone that day and postponed the visit to the following day. This level of service is unacceptable. Meanwhile, I had an issue with my IFB washing machine, and their response was prompt and effective, with regular follow-ups.
