Very poor quality of washing machine. The Drum is not spinning after 3 years of purchase. When called the customer care received a very poor response from the representative. They are not at all responsible and zero percent customer service. The Drum replacement costs approx 13k and takes 10 days. Who in earth uses such a scrap product? I won't recommend this scrap even to the worst of my enemies. Please don't waste your money going to Bosch.
