My purchase experience was just fine. WE tried the hearing aids for a short while but they did not work
for my wife. I'm sorry that was the case because I had hoped they would work. However,, I returned the aids for a refund and find that your company is very difficult to work with where a refund is requested.
You tell me the refind has been processed and tk wait up to two weeks for the credit card company to actuate the process. I have never waitred more then a few days with any other company to receive a refund. What is your problem?
