I ordered these hearing aids and upgraded, but when they arrived and I tried them out, it was like I had tin cans on my ears. I returned them, and it took nearly 4 months for my refund to show back up in my account. Countless phone calls, chat messages, and emails to try and get them to credit my account. Very disappointing.
