I was talking to your customer service to return hearing aid. He suggested I upgrade to a smaller one which I did. As soon as I hung up, I received an offer of 100.00 off the smaller aid, I asked if I could use this special. They sent me an email saying that I could return the not wanted aid and then I could purchase the Proton Max for 100.00 off. They still have charged 177 on my card and have not credited me thr 100
