First it took almost 6 weeks to receive them. Very disappointing! Second used them for less than a week and the right hearing aid quit working! Dissatisfied! Called their “help” line to see about getting replacement and while they would replace it would only be after I mailed them the non-working aid at my expense, they tested it, and “if” they agreed would mail me a another. Based upon their previous shipping experience I figured this whole duration would take about 2 to 3 months! I was leaving the country before then and they informed me they would only ship to US or Canada. All in all this has been a TERRIBLE experience. I think they are a rip off! Returning mine for a refund. Will see if they honor that!
