I never ordered whatever it is you sent me and yet was charged for two orders before the first was even sent. I sent one back and refused to receive the other one. I tried to cancel every time you sent an email but every time I sent you an email, it would be returned unanswered. I have had my credit card canceled and have requested refunds on these orders. But I still have no idea what it was I supposedly ordered!
