You folks were good to deal with until I asked for a refund. Then you proceeded to jerk me around for 3 months trying to get it. You are the worst company I ever had to deal with!!!!! Not just me, you have jerked around other people as well. I needed to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which finally got you people off your ass and get it processed...then another 10 days before you were done pissing me off. I would never even think about buying a product from you, and would NEVER RECOMMEND your company to anyone!!!!! Social media also helped me get the word out that bossa hearing SUCKS!!!
