I didn't realize when I bought these that they were the same as one of the other aids I have. They are about the same because they are hard to increase the volume without getting whistles and screeching noises. Then when they go away the sound volume does not change. The real problem I am having is not receiving the credit for the other pair you sent and I returned to the post office about 2 weeks ago. This is what I was instructed to do to get the $77.53 refund. I would like that returned immediately.
