These aren't "hearing aids"...they are amplifiers. Sound quality is poor. A set of decent Apple earbuds are better. Tinny, fake sound. Doesn't really eliminate background noises, such as in restaurants. And after three days, the right aid stopped working already. Then...to top it off, I was just about a week into the 45 day trial period. Got an authorization from Bossa Hearing to return the product for a refund. Well, here we are...they received the return because I have the USPS signed return...and four weeks later and I'm still waiting for my money back. Avoid this product and this company at all cost. I've now got an open dispute with my credit card against Bossa Hearing.
