I had a terrible experience and continue to have a terrible experience. I might have said that these are very basic amplifiers for ALL sound so if that's all you can afford, then buy them. However; you cannot hear anything while you eat, as the bone-transmitted noise from chewing overwhelms everything else. They are unattractive plugs in your ears. When I returned them, following all Bossa's instructions, I did not receive my refund for over 10 weeks. After having the BBB contact them, they issued me a refund...for $20. Not the ~$98 they owe, but $20!!!###@#! Oh yes, forgot; it took several follow-up communications to originally get them to ship the devices! STAY AWAY.
