I purchased the hearing aids, but they have stop working all together. Called cust service I know I am pass the 45 day return policy, I was told I have to send them back before they would send me a new set. This could take up to 4 weeks, so now I am without hearing for a month, TERRIBLE Customer service, why can’t they send me a new set now and send back defective product when I get the return label.
