I ordered hearing aids from Bossa. I got them in a reasonable amount of time. The volume could not be adjusted upon arrival. We left a bad review they contacted us. Bossa said if we removed the bad review they would send us another pair of hearing aids. We removed the review and we received the new hearing aids with a new warranty (Their website gives a year warranty so no requirement to remove bad review should of been given). One of these new hearing aids quit working within 2 month. Again, we contacted them, they said it was under warranty. They required us to return the hearing aid that didn't work. We did and they received it April 12, 2024. Six weeks later we still have not received anything. When we call they tell us it is going to shipment soon.
