I know there are others out there who also did not get a refund from Bossa. We need to start a class action lawsuit to let them know we do not take it lightly that they will not stand by their policy that is on their web site. In my case they provided a fictitious invoice stating my purchase price was being refunded, but the refund was never issued. Looking on the internet I see numerous individuals with the same issue on never receiving their refunds. The Better Business Bureau was also provided with a promise that my refund was in process, but I never received such refund.
