I purchased my hearing aids in December of 2023. i tried them for a couple of days and returned them in January of 2024. They were in perfect condition, I didn't take the charger out and took photos of my return. i returned them at my own shipping expense ($14) and have not received my money back as of June 2024. I have e-mailed on multiple occasions and called only to be on hold for an 1 1/2 hours. I have not been able to get in touch with customer service. They received my return and told me their purchasing department was notified. I bought the hearing aids with the understanding that there was a money back guarantee. This is false advertising and is very disappointing. I feel like they make it difficult to get your money back and leave customers no where to turn and no one to talk to. I have never purchased any other item that I returned and wasn't refunded. Don't purchase unless you intend to keep them because there is no money back.
